Potential Family Reunion 2026!

We have been discussing having a family reunion next summer!

My suggestion is:  the Southern Alberta Pioneers Memorial Building in Calgary, Saturday July 18, 2026.

Here is a link below for the venue. Cost approx. $1150.00 for the afternoon/evening not including catering or alcohol. I have been to events there several times and it is great place/location.

Stampede week will have ended so hotel rates will be better. There are plenty of places to stay close to the venue as well.

Brad is onboard, Todd, Jeanne, and Vaughn as well... I spoke with the Pioneers Lodge, and they have sent me a contract. So, they will hold that date for a few weeks.

Now we need to get commitments... I will look into catering; the Lodge has recommendations. Capacity is 165 (Upstairs & Downstairs) No cooking – only warming. There is a charcoal BBQ (maybe caterers could use it) Will also need a liquor license. Thinking cost at approx. $125.00/Person (just a guess.)

I will be the direct contact. (Receive monies sent to me when people commit, and secure the payment to SAP - Southern Alberta Pioneers BLDG, Catering, etc.)
